Powder coating

The electrostatic painting is suitable first of all for painting of steel and aluminium pieces. This consist of three steps: pre-treatment, powder coating and baking.

The word pre-treatment is used for all the mechanical and chemical processes achieving the pure metal surface suitable for painting. The pre-treated pieces going to the spray room, where the paint will be applied on the surface with a spray gun.

The paint particles will be applied with added electrostatic charging and compressed air. The paint layer will be baked and set on the right temperature and time period. The surface will get a nice and durable coating.
